Here’s the story:

My sister was in California visiting our grandparents.
She’s been dating Wesley (WesQ) for 3 years, and WesQ comes over and tells me and my brother that he bought a ring.
WesQ then waits for 3 hours for my dad to come home and then precedes to ask for Jordan’s (J-Snack’s) hand in marriage.
My dad says yes after a 4hr long conversation.

The next day my sis is supposed to arrive at 4pm and we were going to be there to surprise her.
DELAYED
So now she is coming at 7.
It’s 6pm and I am playing COD of PS3 and should leave but I don’t.
Just one more game.
One more.
It’s 6:30 now and we live 45min from the airport.
I’m driving 80 mph in a 70 and ryan’s “girlfriend” in the backseat is saying “Go faster! Hurry!”
“I’ll drive 90 if you’ll split the ticket with me.” I said.
We shook on it.
Now we’re bookin’.

We park on the top of the parking garage at 6:55 and all break into sprints.
I’m carrying my friend’s Cannon 5D with a 50mm prime lens and my shoes.
OH. Forgot to mention… his 5D had exactly 4min of battery left.
The 3 of us look like terrorists running through the airport.
We get there and see WesQ holding his sign, I take some shots on the ground but can’t roll as much as I wanted due to the fact that I was running low on battery.

My family and WesQ’s family are all hiding.
I spot my hiding spot on the second story.
So I run up the down escalator which was far harder than anything I have ever done.
(I was wearing boat shoes with no backs, so I had to grip them with my toes, which were dead tired from all the sprinting. So I ran up the down looking like a flopping-wobbly-paparazzi-terrorist.)
My sis came out, saw WesQ, was completely surprised, and the rest is history.

I was planning on wearing boat shoes with jeans. Should i wear dark, light, grey etc jeans?

It seems like most of you are saying tan so far. The other thing is that I wear jeans practically all the time when it’s not summer. The navy would obviously go well with the jeans, but would the tan be better because of the contrast?

I like both but I’d have to go with the tan because its a more neutral color that can be worn with practically anything and if you wore jeans the navy would kind of blend in

i love eBay and im just curious because im trying to buy sperry’s top sider boat shoes and vans skate shoes, rainbow flipflops and many other shoes or materials that are popular around my society. but most of them are preeetyy pricy for me to get them all in like two months. so if iwere to buy stuff on ebay for cheaper prices, how would i know if it’s authenic and that they’re not labeling ‘new’ when it is used?

Unless it is a known store using eBay to sell their wares, you really can’t.

As an eBay power seller with 100% positive feedback (and over 4000) feedback I suggest that you always buy from someone with a lot of feedback ratings and with no less than a 99% positive feedback rating….that means that they have many happy customers, Also, if someone has ANY negative feedback, READ IT…..people get pretty specific when leaving feedback and will say what they were unhappy about (such as "Item was not as described", "shipping took longer than promised"). It makes it easy to steer clear of the bad vendors if you just take the time to do a little research about the seller.

I am interested in purchasing a pair of Sperrys shoes (I’m a girl), because I like the moccasin look. I looked on the website & saw the the Bahama & the Bluefish 2-Eye Boat Shoe. I am leaning towards the Bahama because of the price: the Bahama costs $55 while the boat shoe is $80. I would much prefer the first price. Does someone who have Sperry’s know: is there any reason that the Boat Shoe is much better than the Bahama? I don’t see much difference except for the fact that the Bahama has a rubber- converse like sole. Can someone tell me the major differences between the 2 shoes or why I might want to get one over the other? Thanks!

i have a pair of bahamas and i adore them! i just wore them today actually. i was going to get the bluefish too but didnt cuz they were to expensive for me. i got the bahamas and i love them! they are so comfy and mine still look brand new! they both look like really good shoes, and if you get some i suggest going to ebay first because i got my bahamas for 30 bucks brand new and couldve gotten some bluefish for 56.

Okay, I bought these shoes in brown years ago from American Eagle and they are the loves of my life! However, I’ve worn them in so much that I really like can’t even wear them anymore and I have been trying to find a pair similar for sooooooo long with no success. I do not like flip flops with thicker soles, that’s why I love these (Because the bottom is thinner). If you can find these (IN ANYY COLOR) or a pair really, really similar, please please pleaseeee.
