i bought a rockport boat shoe but i dont know if i should exchange it to get a sperry Boat Shoe.
what are your experinceces from these two brands?

i heard that sperry is the origianl, but i don’t know if it is more comfortable than the rockport shoes. Go to the shoe store and try on the sperry boat shoe, and try on the rockport boat shoe, and see which one you like best.

My husband swears by Sperry’s. According to him they are just more comfortable, and last a long time if you care for them.

I wear boat / deck / slip-on sneakers almost exclusively. The exception are Chucks. Of the boat / deck sneakers I wear the most they are Vans, Keds, Sperry-Top Sider, Converse (Skid Grip), Pro-Keds, Volcomm, etc.
I view boat / deck shoes in a broad perspective so I’m including all 4-5 eyelet CVO sneakers and slip-on sneakers — canvas & leather. An example are the Van’s Era / #95 sneakers as well as the Sperry Top Sider canvas sneakers.
