the damn things are leaving me blisters,how do i stop them from doing that?

When its hot out they do that, mine do too. What you need to do is go to the drugs store like brooks or wallgreens and by blister block. Its by band-aid and it works so well. You just rub it on your blisters and places you could get them before you wear the sparrys and then you dont get blisters
