Why would you do that to sperrys? The laces belong there and if you don’t want them there you should buy penny loafers.
But to resolve your issue, you would tie them anyway you would tie other shoelaces to have them now show on top. Basically tie it inverted, although I doubt the flab will go all the way as easily as regular sneakers.
