I spend the day in Ginza. Located in the very heart of the city, east of the imperial palace this is primarily a place for high end shopping during the day, and business men who work in the area to go party at night.
I have included lots of recommendations, but especially check out the JNTO Tourist Information Center and ask for their monthly event calendar.

Also in this video I showed my favorite Paper shop, because I am a paper dork.

And my favorite place to eat Yakitori. The place I went to in this video is just around the corner from the place I went in the Swedes video, if you remember that.

Also due to a surpising interest in the pen… here is a link to the online catalogue listing. No idea if this is available abroad. Made by Kuretake of Japan.

lets not be …
lets not be irresponsible in our statements and say ridiculous things like “givs us or die”. thats very ignorant and arrogant. i was simply stating facts. a recent report came out that said europeon homes were only 50% the size of american homes, their petrol was almost 200-300% of what it is in USA. the fact is that we get things here at ideal prices and you dont. plus your gov taxes the out of you. all petrol prices at the world level are the same, but europeon governments tax a lot.
actually we have …
actually we have all the luxury and then some… you might wanna check the news. All of those cheap, big, houses led the whole global market to where it is now. And about that “oil is cheap”…i, and everyone outside america, don’t consider human lives cheap. that’s how you get cheap oil: “give us, or die”. that’s the american motto.
waste of space? lol …
waste of space? lol, i guess thats the only thing you could say when you dont have what we have. we have big trucks and big houses and big malls, because WE CAN! our petrol is cheap, so are our houses. property prices in japan/europe are ridiculous. i guess if i was in your situation, i would be lecturing americans too about waste, since i wouldnt be able to have the luxuries that americans had. no offence meant here, just what i see at the truth

That would be cool if there was a stone dog that was a ‘love warding’ statue, meaning it keeps potential love away. I bet the guys (especially the ones with stalker girlfriends) would be petting that thing all of the time…
